Q: How may I PLACE AN ORDER?
A: I accept orders through our secure online shopping cart that bills PAYPAL. PAYPAL is a secure online service that is owned by EBAY.

Q: What is your PHONE NUMBER?
A: We are small operation at JETGLOW EMBLEMZZ, I do not have enough staff to answer the phone on a regular basis, sorry. I respond promptly by email, even on weekends and holidays whenever possible .

Q: Why do you have a set fee for shipping in the continental U.S., Alaska & Hawaii?
A: We have secured special overnight shipping rates that beat any other form of shipment at this time, however we will ship to you any way you like provided you e-mail us first. We think you find that our rate beats any form of shipment and it is also the fastest way to get you instrument.

Q: Do you ship international?
A: Yes. We ship all over the world at a very very low rate. If you live outside the U.S., email us and we will give you a quote on special low rate on shipping.

RETURN AND SATISFACTION POLICIES:

Products come with a 7 day return policy. You may return the merchandise for a full refund if not satisfied, for any reason, less all actual freight costs incurred. First, notify us by email that you wish to return the parts. The returned item must be postmarked within 7 days of original purchase. The product must be returned undamaged, un-used and in new condition, in all original packaging & insured to full value.

We do not accept returns or give refunds on the following: Returned Damaged Goods or used goods.

On-line orders will be passed to a secured server at PAYPAL for credit card and personal data security.

It is strongly recommended that you be using a late version browser such as Netscape 4.x or Internet Explorer 4.x when shopping online. ORDER CONFIRMATION:

It is the policy of JETGLOW EMBLEMZZ to have all items contained within this site in stock and available for immediate shipment. If an order does become back ordered for any reason, we will send you an email stating this case and offer you a choice on how to handle your order.

All orders are usually shipped within 72 hours of your order placement when orders are placed before 5:00PM (Eastern Time) Monday through Thursday. Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped on Mondays. In all instances, you will be notified of any order that will not be filled within five working days of your order date.

INTERNATIONAL AND U. S. SHIPPING handled by the US Post Office:

All shipping calculations in our shopping cart are calculated for continental US, Alaska, Hawaii (SPECIAL RATE) next day air service at a very low set price. If you require International or desire priority one or two day services via another service, please contact us for a shipping quotation and we will send you a quote.
